At Sails Family Medicine, the health of our patients and the safety of our team are top priorities. We have been working closely with our corporate office, Center for Disease Control (CDC) and local health departments to stay abreast of the latest information regarding COVID-19. In order to facilitate plans to help stop the spread of COVID-19, we have opted to do telemedicine visits wherever possible. This will allow us to address any non-emergent issues via a video telehealth visit for our established patients. We are preparing to safely address concerns that we need to see in the office. Please call our office for all your health care needs and we will get you scheduled for the appropriate visit. These times are unprecedented and we are working really diligently to keep you safe, implementing protocols with guidance from CDC, TMA and our health organization. Call our office at 817-806-1130 during normal business hours (M-Th 8-5 and F 8-12) for more information and details.
Sick Patients If you are sick with fever, cough, shortness of breath, body aches/muscle aches, sore throat, fatigue, new loss of taste or smell - CALL our office for instructions.
We DO NOT currently offer testing for COVID-19.
For Emergencies - PLEASE CALL 911 or go to nearest emergency department (ED). You may call us during normal business hours if uncertain about where you should go.
Note: Many of our visits will be conducted via telemedicine, some will not. We will guide you.

Prevent the virus from spreading by practicing good hand hygiene, sanitizing surfaces frequently and covering your cough or sneeze
Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands
Stay home if you are sick, except to seek medical care and avoid close contact with people who are ill.
